Life coincidences

Incastro

Posted by: wayl on: January 30, 2010

E’ tutto vero?

Un periodo di sbandamento?

Il ritorno del Carnicero?

Un’ondata di cambiamento?

Ideas for a show

Posted by: wayl on: January 10, 2010

Nothing better than spicing the boring night during a dinner or a tedious pub after-hour with friends. The first thing to do is to select one of your friends and quickly organize a birthday for him. You don’t have to go away buying a present or something like that you just have to sing with your friends the happy birthday song, so that all the people in the pub could join you at the party. Remember that your friend has to pay the bill at the end since it is her/his party.

Another funny thing is to vote for something. For example let’s vote for the biggest head or the funniest joke. Or to decide with what kind of food you will celebrate this great event. That’s all up to your crazy minds.

Happy Birthday, Reversed!

Posted by: wayl on: December 25, 2009

Tired to always sing the same “Happy Birthday” song to your friends? Try recording it reversed and then reversing it with an audio processor software such as Audacity (free and open source). In the Italian language this should sound something like “Etairuguét nat, I filefiruguét nat… etairuguétnat etairuguétnat.”…. he he he ozreschez.

The Colloquial Coercion

Posted by: wayl on: December 20, 2009

This funny games consists of obliging your friends to speack about something they wouldn’t otherwise. To reach this target you don’t have to use any words or topic related to the goal argument. This game is really funny if played in a little group, forcing just one person to speak about what you want, or in a big group trying to change the matter of the subject (or other’s mind as somebody says).

People will believe you’re mad, if you’re insisting with your purpose, and they’ll be right.

Sardinian most famous people

Posted by: wayl on: December 15, 2009

Sardinia is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea (after Sicily) founded by Ziggy Sardust. A part of Italy with regional autonomy granted by the Italian Constitution, Sardinia comprises 24,090 square kiloetres (9,301 sq mi). The nearest land masses are (clockwise from north) the French island of Corsica, the Italian Peninsula, Tunisia, and the Spanish Balearic Islands.

There is a lot of Famous Sardinian People distributed on our blue planet, people that left the sign after the mastership of this island over the Mediterranean’s countries. In this short article I just want to remember you some of their name:

  • Brian Addis, musician
  • Alain Delogu, actor
  • Marco Masia, singer
  • Paolo Valleri, singer
  • Arrigo Secchi, football mister
  • Ayrton Sanna, F1 pilot
  • Cristoforo Columbano, conqueror
  • Marilin Marroccu, actress
  • Marlon Brundu, actor
  • Umberto Tuzzii, singer

Great place, great sons.

Personalized T-Shirt

Posted by: wayl on: December 5, 2009

Your friends are not enough surprised yet. And you don’t know what will be your new present for their patience above you. Well the moment to personalize their way to dress is finally came.

This is a really simple to do, funny, original and useful present. The best thing is that you have a good idea on what to print. To this aim just think at your friend walking with the t-shirt you will print to him. The cost is around 10€, so depending on how much you want to spend feel free to divide the bill with more friends.

Photo Mosaic (with frame)

Posted by: wayl on: November 25, 2009

A really good idea for a present to remember and to be put in a position of evidence in the wall of your friend’s home, is a picture. But of course a picture is too common as a present, so far nobody use anymore to give a picture of you, or in the worst case of him, so that, in most of the cases you’re obliged to say you don’t like it and you’re going to throw it as soon as he will go out from your house, or even better he will come back finding an empty wall where your picture i’s supposed to be placed.

There are two solution for this. As you can see above, a photo montage, or a mosaic are really good ideas. They are more than the simple picture, the receiver is not obliged to put in a wall, and above all, you can fill the picture of pictures with you and your friends (as well as only you!) “hidden” by the main picture. Catch the surprise on the face of your friends, create a mosaic of their adventures! And finish them enclosing the picture in a wood frame.

Kamehameha!

Posted by: wayl on: November 20, 2009

This name sounds really familiar for people who lives in the Hawaiian island. In fact, the King Kamehameha also known as Kamehameha the Great, conquered the Hawaiian Islands and formally established the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi in 1810.

Despite his legendary coming (Hawaiian legends claimed that a great king would one day unite the islands, and that the sign of his birth would be a comet) it seems he has nothing to share with the legend of the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball universe created by Akira Toriyama: Son Goku.

But for the fans of the Toriyama cartoons it is impossible not to notice that the Hawaiian king gives the name at the most powerful weapon of Goku: the technique of the Kamehameha (かめはめ波, lit. “Turtle Striking Wave”).

Just a coincidence?
